Additionally, aromatherapy can be used to reduce stress and increase feelings of relaxation. By utilizing the wide range of treatment options available in traditional medicine, aggression can be regulated, helping to reduce negative physical, emotional and social changes. Traditional medicine can provide the support and guidance needed to combat negative feelings of aggression and restore balance to mind, body and spirit.
