Coronaviruses are important diseases in both animals and humans. The new coronavirus discovered in Wuhan, China, appeared as a cluster of pneumonia symptoms toward the end of 2019. It quickly spread over the world, resulting in a global pandemic. Despite ongoing efforts to produce effective treatments and vaccines, the disease continues to spread uncontrollably. Over the last few decades, traditional medicine, complementary medicine, and integrative medicine (TCIM) has garnered considerable attention, and a growing body of research suggests that these treatments can help fight new infectious diseases. TCIM may aid in the restoration of a person's quality of life, the facilitation of self-care, and the promotion of health. Several TCIM techniques, such as herbs, vitamins, aromatherapy, and mind-body practises, have been shown to be effective in lowering stress and anxiety while also increasing immunity, and so could help people cope with the COVID-19 pandemic.
