Biography:
Dr. Sechene Stanley Gololo studied Life Sciences at the University of Limpopo and obtained a MSc (Biochemistry) in 2009. He then joined the now Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University in 2010 as a Natural Scientist. He received a PhD degree in 2016 at the same institution and established a Phytomedine Research Group with research interest pertaining to phytochemical analysis and bio-assaying of medicinal plants for anti-microbial, anti-diabetic and anti-cancer properties, he later obtained the position of Associate Professor at the same institution. He has published over 35 research articles in peer reviewed international journals.
