The Art of Jin Shin was developed in early 20th-century Japan and draws from ancient traditions and Eastern philosophy. This gentle, hands-on practice works with specific Acu Points, known as Safety Energy Locations (SELs), using simple touch to encourage relaxation, circulation, and a greater sense of balance. In this introductory workshop, you’ll explore the foundations of Jin Shin, including: Life Force, Breath, Touch, and Connection to Source and simple self-care routine you can practice at home. No needles. No complicated equipment. Just your hands, your awareness, and a systematic way of connecting with your body.
