Title : Clinical application of the ayurveda diet

Abstract:

Ayurveda Diet, Ahara is most neglected part. Everyone interested in Panchakarma and chikitsa. But Diet management is most important factor contributing recovery of diseases. Still world is unaware of capabilities of Ayurveda Nutrition and Dietetics. All Ayurveda texts have elaborated Diet as a therapy. There are few principles around which, chikitsa evolves. If we use diet according to it, it will be helping treatment for speedy recovery.

Biography:

Dr Jyoti Jagtap completed her BAMS in 2003-4  and MD (Ayu) in 2008. She have teaching experience of 15 years. She have published around 12 scientific papers in national and international Ayurveda journals. Ayurveda Nutrition and Dietetics are her interests. She have published a Book, Vyadhisapeksha Ahara( Diet for 20 common health conditions), based upon her experience as Ayurveda Dietetian.
