Biography:
Dr. Prerna Raina has done Ph.D in biotechnology from Bharati vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) University, Pune. She has worked in the field of inflammation and cancer biology for more than 10 years. Her research mainly focused on the exploration of anticancer potential of traditional medicinal therapies. Her findings have been published in many national and international journals. She is the youngest researcher to receive grants from Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India for carrying her research over traditional medicines. Currently, she is working as a Research Scientist at Managerial grade in one of the top pharmaceutical company, Lupin limited, in India.
