In recent years we have seen a great spread of traditional medicine in all parts of the world. While in previous years traditional medicine was applied in practice in Asian countries with more widespread Chinese traditional medicine and Ayurveda. But there were many similar theories and practices of traditional medicine in the West.
We observe such applications from the traditional medicine of Hippocrates that existed in Greece and was of great importance in the creation of various methods of treating diseases to date as well as various methods for nutrition. Also traditional medicine in remote areas of Greece in villages.
Today we know that traditional medicine is in the best position after so many years and has an important role in both alternative medicine and treatment in many parts and countries of the world. But it is important to see where this came from. The observation and the method of recording the changes created important writings and methods of application in the so-called traditional medicine.
Which in my opinion cannot exist but will grow and will be applied more and more. So in the future we will probably apply more often traditional methods that will result from their application in the past centuries.
The daily observation of people but also the effects of various changes such as movement, humidity, heat and the use of specific foods and plants created habits and practices which were recorded as specific tactics that later became the written texts of traditional medicine. There is something very important in this writing. Human movement and behavior. Thus a large part of traditional medicine developed around human movement and behavior.
Even today, practices that come from very old years are preserved and in fact have significant results, especially today when all foods are spoiled while the human psychological factor and technological development creates additional mental disorders, problems and changes in human health and also his psychosomatic condition has been disturbed.
Important is the current state of modern man who has limited movement more stress also uses foods that are not genuine but mutated or contain ingredients related to preservatives or other chemicals that were not known in the past. This gives traditional medicine a special weight to manage these situations in today's age where many diseases have occurred both physical and mental and are often very difficult to treat
In this presentation, I will list various points in our lives that are related to observation and how these observations have helped to create local traditions for health and prevention that were later organized in what we now call traditional medicine. Examples will also be given that have had a significant impact on what we now call kinetic art systems and are related to traditional medicine in various parts of the world.
